Winemakers
Taubenschuss
A traditional family winery from the town of Poysdorf, located less than 10 km from the border with the Czech Republic. One of the greatest and respected names in Austrian winemaking with a tradition of producing wine under the family name since 1670. The winery is currently run by brothers Markus and Thomas, with the continued intensive support of their parents Monika and Helmut Taubenschuss.
Nikolsburg
Located in the very heart of Moravia, it is one of the leading wineries in the region. With more than a century of tradition, the passion for wine is combined with modern technologies and production techniques. The philosophy of the winery is a gentle approach to nature and maximum use of biological protection.
Jaštík
100 years ago, great-grandfather Jaštík discovered the magic of vineyards and planted his first vineyard in the heart of the Kyjov Dolňácko region. Much has changed since then, but the family tradition has remained and now the Jaštík Winery manages 2.5 hectares of vineyards with varieties such as Chardonnay, Aurelius, Pálava and many others, which they cultivate with love and create unique wines, influenced by modern methods and tradition.
Vins+
Vins+ is a shop and tasting place for French wines imported by Vladimír Strnad.
After fifteen years in France, in the world of wine and gastronomy, where he managed several wine bars and restaurants, he returned to Prague to put his experience to good use. His tastings, guided by the rule of offering the best quality-price ratio, allow you to do the basic and decisive thing: find out for yourself what is in the glass. The philosophy of the work is a personal selection of authentic wines directly from producers from their vineyards (producer = winemaker), who adhere to the principles of traditional work with the soil. Conventional plowing, grass on the vineyard and hand picking, no artificial fertilizers and chemical treatments. In other words, respecting the vineyard in its natural environment. This is a personal selection of winemakers who are rated in prestigious wine guides such as La Revue de Vin de France, Bettanne & Dessauve, Parker, etc.
Stará Réva
We are a young winery that tries to preserve the character of old vineyards. Hence the name Stará Réva. We have 30-40 year old vineyards, an old classic vaulted cellar, where we produce wines in stainless steel and oak barrels. We are not in a hurry to make wines. And our production is sufficient for what we need.
Uherek
The Uherek winery is located in the heart of the Podluží region of Slovakia - Dolní Bojanovice. Its wines are created under the supervision of cellar master Jiří Uherek, who graduated from Mendel University with a degree in Viticulture and Winemaking.
The goal is to maximize the potential of the vineyard and create wines with a distinct varietal character, often intended for long-term archiving.
The wines are intended primarily for high-end gastronomy, private clients and quality wine shops. In addition to varietal wines and cuvées, Element 4+1 prepares special editions of its wines, for example with Jan Budař.
Vitisberg
VITISBERG is located in Čejkovice in the heart of Moravian Tuscany and the edge of the Velkopavlov subregion. We produce wines mainly from our own vineyards and produce approximately 20 thousand. bottles per year. The vineyards and vinification are led by oenologist Ing. Ondřej Konečný from Čejkovice. The winery has achieved many successes in national and international competitions.
The Winery Holešovice
We have always loved wine! The idea to start importing it ourselves was born sometime in the spring of 2019, when a young winemaker, Anna Faber-Kochl, and her boyfriend visited us at The Eatery. They actually just came for dinner, they were interested in wine, and so we got to talking. Well, in the end, they found out that Anna makes wine with her mother in Austria, not far from Poysdorf, and she described their approach to winemaking, nature, life...and going on to the festival!
WineGurmet
We import wines from prestigious wineries from all over the world. We know all the winemakers personally and have visited them in person. Our company's goal is to offer restaurateurs and the general public what we love most - great wine. The co-owner of the company is sommelier and winemaker Radim Masařík, who owns the boutique winery Vino Masarik in Blatnice pod Svatým Antonínkem. He personally prefers wines without any embellishments, wines with their own character. He is not averse to natural wines either.
Pod Kozím hrádkem
There are countless wine cellars in South Moravia. Built with bricks, stone, dug into sandstone, but only a few are found in caves... You will be able to taste wines from one such cave at the Spring Festival and they will be presented by winemaker Michal Solařík.

U Štipčáků
Our wine cellar is located in South Moravia, near the village of Vlkoš u Kyjova. You will find us in the cellar alley called Vlkošské búdy. You will relax in the middle of the Slovácko region, where you will be surrounded by beautiful nature and absorbed by incredible silence. With a good glass of wine, you will enjoy our meals and quality food from local suppliers. We believe that our wine cellar is a place that you will fall in love with and will be happy to return to.
Tintoblanco
Spanish wines will be presented at our festival for the first time and you can look forward to great white wines from Rueda, great red Rioja or Cava in both white and rosé versions. All this under the supervision of an experienced importer Tintoblanco.
