Atelier restaurant
Atelier restaurant Red&Wine is a family restaurant at Prague 5, Lesser Town. For more than 10 years, it has been preparing French-inspired dishes for its clients, along with a selection of approximately 150 wines from all over Europe. For the Spring Festival, Atelier is preparing several specialties made from really fresh seafood.
Nostress bakery
Nostress – bakery, café and bistro is the dream come true of Algerian chef Didin. In Prague, Didin Benmissi started under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef JeanPhilip Roubatcheff. It was under him that he learned to make top-level dishes and French pastries. After 18 years as a chef, he had an idea – to open his own bakery! And you can taste what he does best at the festival!
Hudera a syn
We make sausages with love. Our company renewed the family tradition in 1990 in the historical headquarters of the company founded in 1924 by Vojtěch Hudera.
From the very beginning, we have emphasized quality, fast service, and good business relations. In 1990, we started selling meat, producing and selling sausages at the company headquarters, where you can still buy our products today. The best of our production will be available for tasting at the festival.
Belgium (french) fries
They will prepare freshly made fries made from quality potatoes fried in lard on site. You will have a choice of four types of homemade sauces. For true gourmets, there will also be a generous portion of cheese.
Pizzeria
We love good food and are enthusiasts of 🇮🇹 Neapolitan pizza 🇮🇹 prepared according to a traditional recipe.
Kavárna 6,33
Come, taste, smell, listen, take a bite and then maybe you will recognize another meaning... The sixth and a little more is our Café 6.33, which first opened on October 3, 2022. Its great "mother" is the company Hospodyňky s.r.o., which participated to a large extent in its creation.
Mackeral
Fresh mackerel grilled over charcoal is a miracle, and you can taste it every day at Spring.
FarmStore
FarmStore is a new e-shop with farm-raised food and selected delicacies from various regions of Europe, focusing on pure products without unnecessary additives, organic foods, wild-caught seafood and carefully selected wines.
Mezze Plus
Marcel and his team from Mezze Plus are preparing Mediterranean specialties for the festival, especially in a Greek version. At the festival, you will taste octopus, large shrimp, vegetables stuffed with fresh cheese, but also fresh mussels or scallops.
Burgerman
Burgers from the new flying burger restaurant will be presented at the festival by Petr and his gang. It will be absolutely amazing.
